Installing Radius Cup Guards
It's best to do one guard at a time, remove the original bolt from the Jimny radius arm mount, add 1 washer to the bolt and carefully pass through the guard and mounting bracket. Leave the bolts loose at this stage with the nuts fitted.
The guards with the notch cut (pictured left below) out are for the front mounts, and the guards without the notch (pictured right) are the for the rear mounts.
So you will have the following order, from the outside:
Bolt - Washer - Radial Cup Guard - Spacer - Chassis Mount - Spacer - Radial Cup Guard - Washer - Spring Washer - Nut.
Repeat this for the remaining brackets.
Lower the car to the ground sitting on its wheels so the bushes are relaxed, and tighten the nut really tight.
IMPORTANT
If you install these guards and you can hear knocking while driving, they need to be tightened more. The bolts need to be very tight.
